About the Role
The Radiology Technologist plays a vital role in providing imaging services to support patient care and facility goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform radiologic examinations following established protocols and operating imaging equipment.
- Ensure proper patient positioning, radiation safety, and equipment calibration.
- Maintain technical quality of images, document procedures, and manage image storage and retrieval.
- Assist patients before and after procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Adhere to sterile techniques when applicable and support team members as directed.
- Complete required documentation and participate in maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current ARRT registration and WA State Radiologic Technologist certification.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical radiology experience preferred.
- Current BCLS certification within 90 days of employment.
