Responsibilities
- Preparing and screening patients for imaging procedures.
- Producing diagnostic images for medical diagnosis.
- Explaining and performing radiologic procedures with age-appropriate care.
- Assessing patient pain and coordinating with physicians for intervention if needed.
- Ensuring patient safety and minimizing healthcare errors during all aspects of patient care.
Requirements
- Current ARRT registration in Radiography and CT.
- Preferred Bachelor of Science degree; not mandatory.
- Maintenance of continuing education credits.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Preference for 2+ years of experience.
- Willingness to train single-modality techs to hold ARRT certification in Radiography and CT is valued.
Pay
Hourly wage ranging from $27.13 to $46.23.
