Radiology Technologist MRI - Nights

Role: MRI Technologist responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging to assist in diagnosis, research, or therapy. Responsibilities Obtain correct patient information, ensure proper identification, and prepare patients for exams while maintaining confidentiality.Use appropriate imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and ensure patient safety in line with ALARA principles.Prepare and administer medications as prescribed, evaluate image quality, and verify data storage and transfer.Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers; assist with MRI interventions and procedures.Select pulse sequences, apply safety principles, and participate in quality improvement activities. Qualifications & Skills Certification by ARRT (MR), ARMRIT, or NMTCB with ARRT-MR credential.Graduate of a radiologic technology training program; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.Proficient in routine and complex MRI duties, committed to safety, quality, and organizational priorities.
