Radiology Technologist Lead

Job Summary Performs imaging procedures and treatments aligned with radiology standards to support diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Responsible for organizing daily operations to ensure high-quality exams, patient safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Coordinates workflow and operational functions to deliver safe, effective patient care.Applies thorough understanding of radiologic principles, selecting appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal results.Develops and implements procedure and treatment plans following established protocols.Completes documentation adhering to hospital policies.Maintains equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition.Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold care standards.Achieves assigned goals effectively. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 6 months experience in an acute care or comparable setting.Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT(R)) in Radiography.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.Basic computer literacy skills.State licensure as required.
