About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales and service operations for diagnostic imaging equipment, parts, supplies, and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
