About the role
The Radiology Technologist position is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist
- Ensure proper positioning of patients for imaging
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized radiologic technology program
- Current certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT)
- Experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred
