Role Overview
Performs radiographic services by positioning patients and operating radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images.
Key Responsibilities
- Position patients accurately for radiographic exposures.
- Operate and maintain all radiographic equipment.
- Ensure compliance with radiographic procedures and safety practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of radiographic procedures and practices.
- Required licensure includes BLS, Florida State License, and ARRT certification, or proof of program completion and a temporary license at hire.
- Pass the ARRT exam and obtain full Florida licensure within 30 days.
- Less than one year of radiological experience and formal training preferred.
