About the role

The Radiology Technologist (RT) role at Holy Cross Hospital Salt Lake involves:

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction during diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of image quality and patient safety.
• Leading and supporting other technologists and students.
• Assisting in the education and training of radiography students.

Requirements

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Knowledge of diagnostic imaging, including surgery and trauma.
• One year of post-certification experience evaluating and instructing student radiographers.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A registered technologist, radiology-R.T. (R) (ARRT) certification.
• A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Physical Requirements

Essential physical requirements include:

• Exerting up to 50 lbs of force occasionally.
• Exerting up to 20 lbs of force frequently.
• Exerting up to 10 lbs of force constantly.

Pay

The posted compensation range for this position is $26.37 - $39.90 per hour.
