Radiology Student - Technologist

Role: Radiology Technologist Student Summary: Performs imaging procedures and treatments aligned with radiology standards to assist in diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Develops and implements appropriate procedural plans, utilizes proper techniques and positioning, and completes necessary documentation. Maintains equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition and actively participates in quality improvement activities. Qualifications: Enrolled in an accredited radiology program with BLS certification within 30 days. Basic computer skills required.Key Skills: Strong understanding of radiologic principles, technical proficiency, documentation accuracy, equipment maintenance, safety awareness, and teamwork.Additional Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, and occasional climbing or reaching, with environmental awareness of safety protocols. No supervisory responsibilities. Key Duties: Conduct imaging procedures with proper technique, develop treatment plans, ensure safety and cleanliness, and contribute to departmental quality initiatives. Demonstrates sensory acuity (vision, hearing) and adheres to environmental and safety standards.
