Job Summary
The PACS Support Analyst I position at University Radiology supports radiologists, hospitals, and URG staff for applications, systems, and access issues. This is a 2nd shift position (300pm - 1100pm) with potential for shift differential pay and a hybrid schedule requiring in-person training and on-site shifts.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research and resolve technical problems, including transferring imaging data from multiple hospitals and URG sites to the PACS
- Respond to telephone, email, and online requests
- Document, track, and monitor issues using multiple systems and tools
- Coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve issues
- Enter exam orders in the RIS
- Oversee the transfer of imaging data from hospitals and URG sites to PACS
- Communicate with and coordinate care among URG, hospitals, and radiologists in a timely manner
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Maturity to handle stressful situations
- Reliability to cover shifts consistently
- Experience with health-care systems is a plus
