Radiology / Rad Tech, Full Time

About the role

Administer x-rays to patients of all ages—newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric—to produce clinically diagnostic images that assist physicians in diagnosing diseases and injuries. Operate radiological equipment, process film, and prepare rooms for procedures.

Schedule

Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM

Requirements

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or registry eligible. If registry eligible, must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and must obtain ARRT registration within one year of hire.
• Current ARRT registration must be maintained and updated before expiration.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Ability to effectively interact with patients, families, hospital staff, and physicians.
• Excellent computer, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test, including standing, bending, stooping, and sitting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
