About the role
A Radiology Technologist to perform routine diagnostic imaging procedures supporting diagnostic services for a licensed medical provider.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine diagnostic imaging procedures
- Provide clerical support such as scheduling patients and answering phones
- Maintain credentials and departmental equipment
- Collect data and manage supply levels
- Attend staff meetings and other assigned duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technology program or current enrollment
- Valid radiography or student tech license in NM
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Skills
- ARRT® certification
- Willingness to obtain NM radiologic technologist certification
- 1+ years hospital experience
- Bone Density certification
- Basic computer knowledge
- Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and radiation safety
- Problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and sound judgment
Pay
$24.00 to $43.00 per hour
