Radiologist Concierge Part Time

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Radiologist Concierge with Timpanogos Regional Hospital, you will use your friendly customer service skills to assist patients. This is a part-time position with shifts on Tuesday-Friday from 9am-2pm.

• Greet customers in a friendly, helpful, and caring manner, both in person and on the phone
• Aid patients and staff through the imaging experience
• Perform routine administrative duties
• Provide patient navigation for specific referring physician offices, including scheduling, delivery of CD’s and reports, tracking of patient referrals, promotion of Imaging services, office visits, and related responsibilities
• Serve to promote Imaging growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
