Radiological Technologist, Full-Time

About the Role

Griffin Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Radiological Technologist to join our team. This leadership role is essential in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services while supporting and guiding a team of technologists in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Under the supervision of a Radiologist, the Radiological Technologist performs a variety of technical and professional procedures in the application of prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with provider orders and departmental protocols
• Ensure quality control and optimal patient care
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to support clinical excellence

Requirements

• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Connecticut State License required
• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Qualifications

• One (1) year clinical experience as a staff radiographer. Will train new graduate of a JRCERT approved program for Diagnostic Radiology.
