Job Summary
Oversee clinical partnerships, clinical site procurement, and student placements; maintain instructional practices aligned with current radiographic practice standards; support student success through advising and mentoring; and collaborate with clinical affiliates to ensure high-quality clinical learning experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Teach assigned Radiologic Technology courses in alignment with course syllabi and college policy while coordinating the program’s clinical education component.
- Contribute to curriculum development, program assessment, accreditation activities, and institutional service.
Required Qualifications
- Teach assigned Radiologic Technology didactic, laboratory, and/or clinical courses.
- Maintain instructional materials aligned with radiographic imaging practice standards.
- Support student progression, retention, and completion.
- Support continuous improvement of instructional effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical affiliates to ensure high-quality clinical learning experiences.
- Engage in clinical site procurement sufficient to support approved cohort size.
- Maintain relationships with clinical affiliates and imaging department leadership.
- Develop and maintain student clinical rotation schedules.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate student progress and appropriateness of learning environments.
- Monitor compliance with radiation safety standards and supervision requirements.
- Coordinate competency documentation aligned with ARRT eligibility expectations.
- Maintain clinical competency tracking systems.
- Collaborate with institutional partners to maintain clinical affiliation agreements.
- Support compliance with JRCERT accreditation expectations.
- Participate in outcomes assessment and reporting.
- Participate in advisory committee meetings.
- Participate in discipline, division, and college committees.
- Participate in commencement ceremonies and institutional service activities.
- Support library resource selection aligned with program needs.
- Establish and maintain annual professional development goals.
- Maintain professional competence through continuing education and clinical engagement.

- Ability to coordinate clinical placement capacity.
- Ability to evaluate student competency progression.
- Ability to support energized laboratory instruction safely.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
- Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
- Positions in this class typically include talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking and repetitive motions, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, climbing and balancing, plus pushing, pulling and lifting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related discipline and two (2) years full-time post-credential clinical experience.
- One (1) year experience as an instructor in a JRCERT accredited program.
- Licenses and Certifications:
- Current ARRT(R) certification.
Compensation
Salary Range: $65,420.00 - $79,780.50
