Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist

About the role

PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center is seeking Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) to join their Imaging team at their Level III Trauma Center in Longview, Washington. This opportunity offers competitive pay, full-time benefits working only 3 days per week, and four consecutive days off every week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and perform standard x-ray examinations and may perform fluoroscopic procedures.
• Performs portable examinations and may perform surgical x-ray procedures.
• Utilizes proper positioning and selection of appropriate technical factors using various radiographic equipment to obtain optimal results.
• Supports emergency, trauma, and inpatient care by helping physicians make critical treatment decisions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current Washington State Radiologic Technologist license.
• ARRT (R) certification.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• One year or more of Radiology/X-Ray experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Schedule
