Radiologic Technologist - Urgent Care

What the Radiologic Technologist will do

• Greet patients, explain procedures and answer questions and instruct patient during the procedures
• Prepare proper sterile tray and contrast media for procedures
• Perform radiologic examinations on patients with proper positioning and technique
• Assist physicians during specialized procedures
• Evaluate images within PACS and close study appropriately for prompt reading
• Print charts
• Access and document patient information in the patient medical record
• Input entry and selection of charges

What the Radiologic Technologist will need

• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
