Radiologic Technologist - Up to $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Job Overview

Here at Fairview, we are now seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team at our Fairview Clinic in Blaine, MN! This is a .5 FTE (40 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work on Monday (7AM - 6PM) and Friday (7AM - 5PM). This position is eligible for a sign on bonus that is prorated based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains patient care standards
  • Accurately performs diagnostic exams and procedures
  • Identifies relevant data from images accurately
  • Communicates pertinent data clearly to appropriate health care professionals
  • Verifies patient identification and documentation
  • Communicate with and educate patient regarding pertinent information during all aspects of service
  • Completes quality diagnostic images through correct patient positioning and use of technical factors according to protocol
  • Accurately maintains and updates patient records including; edits, scheduling, billing, status changes and image transfers in a timely manner
  • Performs accurate image marking and digital image manipulation and archiving

Requirements

  • Certification as required by the ARRT
  • Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)

Qualifications

  • B.S./B.A.
  • 3 years experience as a technologist
  • Preferred: Advanced Imaging modality certification
