RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST – PRN

About the role

This position is responsible for providing diagnostic radiographs of all required exams established by Radiologist protocols and the needs of the department. You will transport patients to and from various areas of the hospital, perform clerical duties, and assist in CT exams. Basic computer skills and PACS knowledge are required. The role ensures continuity of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographs following Radiologist protocols
• Transport patients to and from hospital departments
• Handle clerical duties within the radiology department
• Perform or assist in CT exams
• Ensure continuity of patient care

Requirements

• ARRT registered
• Iowa permit to practice radiology
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to maintain valid licensure, certification, and registration
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience (2+ years strongly preferred)
• 1+ years of hospital experience strongly preferred
