Radiologic Technologist II (Hourly/Intermittent)
Job/Department Summary
The Radiologic Technologist II performs a wide range of diagnostic radiographic procedures and provides administrative and operational coordination for the radiology department at the WellCat Health Center (WCHC). The incumbent works independently to produce high-quality radiographs and other diagnostic images using radiology information systems (RIS) and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS).

This position makes independent decisions regarding imaging techniques, assesses image quality, determines the need for retakes or additional views, and monitors patients' conditions during procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited program in radiologic technology.
- At least two years of radiologic experience with progressive responsibility as a certified technologist, or an equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating the required knowledge and abilities.
- Valid Certificate of Radiologic Technology issued by the California Department of Public Health, Radiologic Health Branch.
- CPR/AED certification.

Benefits
This position does not include health benefits for applicants not currently employed with CSU, Chico. Benefit eligibility for on-campus employees will be reviewed based on their current benefit status. This appointment is not eligible for fee waiver.
Pay
Hiring Range: $32.01 (Step 1) - $46.63 (Step 20) per hour.
