Radiologic Technologist, Full-Time

Position Summary

As a Radiologic Technologist (RT) — also known as an X‑Ray Technologist or Rad Tech — you will balance high‑quality imaging with clinical support duties in an urgent‑care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiology (X‑ray) exams safely, following ALARA principles.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure timely patient care.
• Flex into medical assistant (MA) clinical duties (triage, labs, venipuncture, wound care) when not performing imaging.
• Support medical registration (MR) tasks such as insurance verification, registration, and payment collection.
• Maintain equipment quality‑control and compliance logs.

Requirements

• ARRT certification (R.T. (R)) in good standing.
• State radiologic technologist license where required.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of urgent‑care or ER imaging experience preferred.
• Strong insurance verification and EMR documentation skills.
• Flexible team player willing to cover MA/MR duties.
• Experience with radiology, CT, or MRI preferred.

Pay

The expected pay range for this role is $28–34 per hour. Final compensation offers will be determined based on experience, certifications, education, and geographic location.
