Radiologic Technologist, Clinic - Orthopedics
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- About the role: description paragraph.
- Responsibilities: core duties and responsibilities (list). Could be under Responsibilities
.
- Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications (education, certification, licensure). Could be under Requirements
or Qualifications. The instruction says use headings like Qualifications, Skills, etc. We have both Minimum Qualifications and Skills And Abilities. So we can have Qualifications for education/licensure/certification, and Skills for abilities.
Thus sections:
About the role
...
Responsibilities
- ...
Qualifications
- ...
Skills
- ...
Schedule
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
maybe also mention Exempt/Non-Exempt? The posting says "Exempt/Non-Exempt Shift: United States of America (Non-Exempt)". That seems weird. Probably we can include shift info: Non-Exempt. But we need to avoid filler. We'll include the schedule line. We also have Physical Requirements and Working Environment. Those could be under Responsibilities? Or maybe we could add a section "Physical Requirements" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are only those listed; we should not create other headings. So we need to fold those into existing sections, perhaps under Responsibilities or Qualifications? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, but we should only use those headings? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely we should restrict to those headings. So we must not add Physical Requirements or Working Environment as separate headings. We can incorporate their content into Responsibilities or maybe Qualifications? Probably Responsibilities includes duties; physical demands could be part of Responsibilities? But they are separate sections. However we can embed them as list items under Responsibilities? Might be okay.
We must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include physical requirements and working environment details somewhere. We could add them as a under Responsibilities with a note? But that might misrepresent. Better to create a Responsibilities
and include sublists? But we cannot add extra headings. Could we add a inside Responsibilities that includes those details? That would preserve them.
Thus under Responsibilities we can have a
for duties, and then a for Physical Requirements and Working Environment? But that mixes.
Alternatively, we could create a
Requirements
for minimum qualifications, and then put physical requirements and working environment under Responsibilities? Not ideal.
Given the instruction to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine Physical Requirements and Working Environment into Responsibilities as additional bullet points.
Let's extract the physical requirements:
- Differentiate various shades of gray and color as depicted on a monitor or photograph.
- Stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds of weight.
- Carry items of up to 20 pounds.
Working environment:
- Exposure to minimal radiation within the national standards of occupational guidelines.
- Monitored by Radiation Safety and use of dosimeter.
- Exposure to airborne particles and bodily fluids.
- Operation of imaging equipment with automated moving parts.
We can add these as bullet points under Responsibilities.
Now Skills And Abilities list:
- Ability to interact positively with patients, families, and members of the Health Care Team.
- Ability to prioritize and deal with a variety of situations simultaneously.
- Ability to improvise with altered positioning techniques, manipulation of the equipment, and accessory devices when routine positioning is compromised due to patient’s condition, age, or ability.
Also there is a paragraph about Clinical Ladder; that seems like extra info about advancement program. Could be considered part of Skills? Or maybe we could include under Skills as bullet? It's a description of program; maybe we can include as a under Skills.
But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we should include that paragraph somewhere. Could be under Skills as a
after the list.
Now Additional Job Description includes Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Exempt/Non-Exempt Shift: United States of America (Non-Exempt) Company THOM Thomas Hospitals Cost Center 6260 THOM SF Orthopaedics Mountaineer Address 333 Laidley Street Charleston West Virginia.
We have schedule: 40 hours weekly. Also location: Charleston, WV. Could be included in Schedule section? Or maybe we could add a
under Schedule with that info.
We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer etc. Remove that.
Now construct HTML.
We'll have:
