Job Summary
Do you have a passion for working with children and making a real difference in their lives? If so, we're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Radiologic Technologist to join our team. You'll support young patients and their families at four convenient locations: Salt Lake, Lehi, Provo, and Layton. This position involves splitting time between two locations, with the possibility of covering others as needed. No weekends are required!

Responsibilities
- Performs radiographic procedures, critiques radiographs, and maintains quality control program
- Selects film, adjusts and programs a variety of film changes, including cinefluorography, and may develop films
- Captures patient vital signs and condition when indicated during exams
- Reports equipment malfunctions to appropriate personnel
- Maintains necessary precautions for excessive exposure to radiation and electric shock
- Assists in orienting new employees or students regarding workflow and procedures of the department
- Prepares, cleans, and stocks rooms with supplies and linens
- May participate on department and hospital committees and provide in-service training to hospital staff
Qualifications
- Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the University of Utah Health RQI system
- Current licensure to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in the State of Utah
- ARRT Registration as a Radiologic Technician R.T. (R)
