Radiologic Technologist $7500 Sign on Bonus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
• Exercise professional judgment to provide health care services, which include x-ray to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups.
• Perform and analyze patient x-rays and report results to Medical Providers.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of GoHealth Urgent Care Centers.
• Support clinic operations to keep the center running smoothly.
• Explain procedures to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety, and answer their questions.
• Position patients properly for the X-ray procedure required.
• Identify equipment problems and correct or notify supervisors.
• Follow infection control and radiological safety procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required.
• Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required.

Pay

This position offers monthly incentive pay based on performance metrics. Sign on bonus up to $7500 (for eligible external applicants. *)

Schedule

The Flex Radiologic Technologist (RT) works across sites in close proximity to one another. The travel nature of this role enables the RT to be exposed to a variety of urgent care settings and maximize the quantity of X-Rays performed.
