Radiologic Technologist - $7,500 Sign on Bonus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.
• Exercise professional judgment to provide health care services, which include x-ray to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups.
• Perform and analyze patient x-rays and report results to Medical Providers.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of GoHealth Urgent Care Centers.
• Support Medical Providers, Medical Assistants, and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at the time of hire (obtained through the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA)).
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required.
• Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of X-ray procedures and protocols.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology necessary to perform X-ray testing including body mechanics and patient movement.
• Knowledge of radiology equipment including safety hazards common to radiology.

Skills

• Positioning patients properly for the X-ray procedure required.
• Identifying equipment problems and correcting or notifying supervisors.
• Following infection control and radiological safety procedures.

Pay

Competitive Pay: Monthly incentive pay based on performance metrics, Hourly Rate: $29.50-$40.00 depending on years of experience. Ongoing referral bonus opportunities.
