Key Responsibilities
- Review patient history and initiate radiographic images based on physician orders.
- Safely administer contrast media and monitor patient condition throughout procedures.
- Ensure image clarity, quality control, and equipment functionality following best practices.
- Precept new staff and contribute to a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Prioritize patient education and safety at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with applicable certification(s).
- State licensure if required by law.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross.
- Strong communication, technical proficiency, and attention to safety.
