About the role

Produce high-quality diagnostic images that empower physicians to make life-saving clinical decisions and accurate diagnoses for every patient.

• Champion patient safety by meticulously managing radiation exposure and monitoring vital signs to ensure a secure, compassionate imaging experience.
• Maintain clinical excellence by verifying the integrity of patient data and images within the PACS system, ensuring the care team has a seamless, error-free roadmap.
• Optimize department readiness by overseeing equipment performance and maintaining a pristine clinical environment, ensuring we are always prepared for the next patient in need.
• Collaborate on clinical protocols by suggesting technical refinements that improve imaging accuracy and streamline the patient journey.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 3 months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained within 3 months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.

Preferences

• Willingness to float to CT.
