Roles & Responsibilities
- Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs RF circuit boards used in RAN equipment.
- Troubleshoots to the component level.
- Work with Remote Radio Head (RRH) engineering team, interacting closely with engineers and technicians.
- Use network analyzers to gather RF data for reports in the support of RRH product development.
- Reads and works from schematics.
- Run PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to troubleshoot and repair antenna prototypes.
- Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized work station.
- Train and/or assist other Technicians in aspects of repair.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with receive & amplifier circuits.
- Electronics Certification.
- Pass a Technical Aptitude Test.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess knowledge of RF principles.
- Possess soldering and de-soldering skills.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic circuit componentry and theory.
- Must be able to use signal generator.
- Must be able to use Spectrum analyzer.
- Must possess knowledge of VSWR, ACLR & feedback circuits.
