Radio Frequency Engineer
About the role
The Associate RF Engineer is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, optimization and enhancement of wireless telecommunications networks. Responsibilities include link budgets analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic analysis, initial system design and dimensioning, coverage planning, site identification, evaluation and zoning support, frequency planning, interference analysis and optimization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- Requires broad theoretical job knowledge
- The ability to obtain and maintain a future Security Clearance is required for the role

Pay
The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, and schedule type. The salary range for this role is $74,000-138,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
Schedule
Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.
