Radiation Therapy Technologist - PRN

About the Role

Perform simulations, brachytherapy procedures, and deliver radiation therapy treatment to patients as prescribed by the radiation oncologist while maintaining accurate records of treatments.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved program in radiation therapy
• Registration in radiation therapy by the ARRT or registry eligible (if registry eligible, must attempt registry within two months of employment and pass before six months post hiring date)
• Current BLS certification before assigned to care for patients independently
• Submit a copy of registry renewal prior to expiration date annually
• Demonstrates competency in the area of radiation therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to work with a diverse group of coworkers
• Good computer skills
