Responsibilities
- Perform simulations and brachytherapy procedures
- Deliver prescribed radiation treatments to patients
- Ensure accurate treatment delivery and maintain detailed records
- Adhere to safety protocols
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved radiation therapy program
- Certification registration with ARRT or registry eligibility
- Current BLS certification prior to independently caring for patients
- Must attempt registry within two months of employment and pass within six months
- Maintain annual registry renewal documentation
