Responsibilities
- Administers radiation treatments and documents appropriately.
- Performs quality assurance procedures per policy.
- Makes rounds to monitor patients for potential reactions.
Requirements
- Knowledge of different treatment techniques and positioning.
- Communication skills.
- Technical skill in operation of therapeutic equipment.
- Basic understanding of physics and radiation safety.
- Ability and knowledge to work with patients ages adolescence through elderly.
Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited Radiotherapy program.
- Must have valid R.T. and CRT certificates.
- Valid BLS CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Skills
