Radiation Oncology Physician (MGFR)
About the role
As a Radiation Oncology Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. You will develop personalized treatment plans, determine appropriate radiation doses, oversee the treatment process, and manage potential side effects.
Responsibilities
- Practice at Intermountain Health: St. Joseph Hospital and/or Good Samaritan Hospital
- Work four clinic days per week with a low burden call structure
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Determine appropriate radiation doses
- Oversight of the treatment process
- Management of potential side effects
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Radiation Oncology
- Residency or Fellowship trained in Radiation Oncology
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
- Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
- Radiation Oncology experience
- Passion for Radiation Oncology
- Experience performing brachytherapy procedures is highly preferred for the position(s) at Saint Joseph Hospital

Skills
Competitive Compensation: $595,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.
Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable)
