About the role

You will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. You will practice at Montrose Regional Hospital – San Juan Cancer Center.

Responsibilities

  • Work 4 days onsite in clinic and 1 administrative day per week.
  • Receive call coverage 1:4 weeks.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards.
  • Mentorship opportunities available.
  • Potential for leadership roles such as medical directorship and hospital leadership.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
  • ACGME Residency or Fellowship training in Radiation Oncology.
  • Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
  • Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one.
  • A minimum of 1 year of Radiation Oncology experience preferred.

  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
