Coverage Dates

Coverage Dates: October 12-16 and December 28-31. Provider must be on-site during these dates.

Schedule

Regular hours: weekdays 0700 to 1500 (on‑site inpatient consultation).

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient consultation during regular hours.
• See patients in the office when needed.
• Oversee scheduled radiation treatments.
• May be called to round or consult on inpatients.
• Must be on‑site while providing radiation treatments.

On Call/After Hours

No on‑call requirement. Occasionally (about once or twice a year) an ER or Apogee physician may request an emergent consultation for radiation treatment after hours or on a weekend.

Documentation of Patient Contact Hours

• See new consults.
• Follow‑up visits.
• Treatment planning for new patients.
• On‑treatment weekly visits (OTV).
