About the role
A Board-Certified/Eligible Radiation Oncologist is sought to lead and expand a comprehensive Oncology program within a fully integrated regional health system.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow Radiation Oncology services, collaborating with Gynecologic and Medical Oncologists.
- Lead program development, strategic growth, and service line expansion.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team supported by advanced practice providers, nursing, social work, and leadership.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management and referrals.
- Contribute to a robust cancer referral network, guiding program enhancement.
Qualifications & Skills
- MD/DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Radiation Oncology, fellowship trained.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
- Interest in program development and increasing patient volume.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary ($640,000–$720,000)
