Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service to end users and stakeholders of the EMR system.
• Design, build, and test application functions while minimizing errors.
• Meet or exceed service-level agreements (SLAs) to avoid contractual penalties.
• Ensure all ticket documentation adheres to company standards.
• Offer training and guidance to end users on how to navigate and utilize Epic software effectively.
• Analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined solutions.
• Maintain and update the Epic system to ensure its continued efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders to integrate Epic with other systems seamlessly.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting to aid clinical and administrative decision-making.

Requirements

• A clinical background in one of the following areas: Physicians, Nursing, Radiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Operating Room.
• 2–5 years of clinical experience.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
• Strong technical aptitude and skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to adhere to established processes and resolutions.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), especially Epic.
• Experience in healthcare operations or technology environments.
• Customer service or application support experience.

Support for Epic applications: Orders, ClinDoc, Radiant, Beaker, Willow, Optime/Anesthesia.
