About the role
As an advisor at Louis Nielsen, you provide personal and service-minded guidance on product selection and fashion. You help ensure our customers maintain good vision by checking their eye health. You will guide customers through their journey in the store, welcome them, perform eye health checks, and advise them on choosing the right solution—whether glasses or contact lenses—based on your product knowledge and interest in fashion and personal presentation.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in the store and guide them through their customer journey.
- Perform health checks of customers' eyes.
- Advise customers on selecting the right glasses or contact lenses based on their needs, product knowledge, and fashion sense.

- Experience in sales with a focus on identifying customers' personal needs.
