Radar Software Engineer

We're partnering with an innovative AI and sensing company that's building next-generation radar technology and looking to add a Radar Software Engineer to a growing team. The position is on-site in Burlington, MA and offers a base salary of $115K-$140K plus equity. It is a permanent position targeting 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing radar data to improve system performance
• Developing production software in C++
• Prototyping algorithms in Python
• Building data pipelines and visualization tools
• Supporting testing, integration, and field validation efforts
• Designing experiments and using data to drive engineering decisions

Requirements

• C++ and/or Python development experience
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and object-oriented design
• Experience working with real-time data, estimation algorithms, or sensor systems
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Nice-to-have: Experience in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Radar or RF systems, Point-cloud sensor data, Kalman filters or control systems, ROS/ROS2, Robotics, autonomous systems, computer vision, GPS, mapping, or related sensor technologies
