About the role
The Racquets Professional is responsible for delivering an exceptional tennis and pickleball experience for members and their guests. This position involves organizing engaging tennis clinics, private lessons, and events that encourage active participation in the club’s programs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver private and group tennis/pickleball lessons and clinics
- Organize and lead social events, camps, and other racquet-sport programs
- Perform pro-shop duties, court maintenance, and administrative tasks (up to 30 hrs/wk)
Pay
- 70% commission on all private and group lessons and clinics
- $10/hr for pro shop, court maintenance, and admin duties (up to 30 hrs/wk)
- Revenue share for social events, camps, and other assigned programs
