Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides coaching responsibilities for multiple teams within the Racing Youth Academy.
- Congduct developmental on-field soccer coaching sessions for all assigned teams within the Academy.
- Collaborates with Academy Directors to create and establish new programs for the upcoming calendar year.
- Provides consistent messaging with all coaches, players, and families on playing style, systems of play, and philosophy across all age groups.
- Organizes, tracks, and monitors evaluation & feedback processes, including match reports, Individual Development Plans, and end or mid-season evaluations.
- Manages and executes club-based developmental programming.
- Supports and promotes the club by participating in organization growth opportunities.
- Collaborates with coaching staff to create a positive and productive environment for players and their families.
- Provides players with professional development and college recruitment strategies.
- Monsitors the SportsRecruits program for placement of prospective athletes.
- Oversees and maintains updated NCAA eligibility requirements.
- Coordinates team travel for ECNL and other showcase events.
- Assists with scheduling travel for league, tournament, and event participation.
- Directs the scheduling and uploading of the team video.
Required Qualifications
- USSF ‘C’ license required.
- USSF "B" License strongly preferred.
- Candidates holding a USSF "C" License must demonstrate the ability and willingness to obtain a USSF "B" License within twelve (12) months of hire.
- Minimum three (3) years coaching experience in the ECNL or comparable elite youth soccer environment league.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience working with youth soccer teams, technical clinics, or camps required.
- Possesses extensive knowledge and understanding of youth soccer.
- Demonstrated ability to teach techniques, tactics, and physical and psychological components of the game.
- Demonstrates a positive, energetic, and pleasant demeanor when communicating with staff, players, and families.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with various stakeholders, including coaching staff and directors.
- Exceptional organizational skills, reliability, and punctuality.
- Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
