Schedule: Full-Time 7:00 pm - 7:00 am or Part-Time 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility/ambulation)
- Answering resident call lights promptly and courteously
- Promoting resident dignity, individuality, and rights while encouraging independence
- Maintaining up-to-date resident records
- Serving as part of the meal service team by managing menu choice tickets and helping serve meals
- Laundering personal items for residents
- Aiding with admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed
- Following infection control and safety procedures diligently
- Collaborating with nursing staff and maintaining a calm, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital setting is preferred
- A strong background in customer service and interpersonal communication
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
