Responsibilities
- Supports residents with daily living activities
- Helps maintain residents’ personal environment
- Provides observation and documentation
- Assists with onboarding of new associates
- Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
- Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- BLS Certification
