Paid economics tutor positions for undergraduate Economics majors and minors within the Department of Economics.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students in microeconomics and macroeconomics.
• Record tutoring details such as student name(s) and relevant course(s), as well as your own work hours.
• Proctor make-up exams when applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality, be punctual, and communicate changes in work schedule.

Requirements

• Economics major or minor.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a diverse student population.
• Must have completed Econ 202, Econ 204, or both with a grade of A- or higher.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and organized.

Schedule

• May work up to 5–15 hours per week.
• Scheduled hours will be between Monday–Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Evening shifts may be added if there is demand.
• Anticipated start date: September 8, 2026.
