R&I Managed Services Deals Desk Senior Manager
The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager in the R&I Managed Services Deals Desk, you will play a pivotal role within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on enterprise risk management. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization's operations and objectives, developing business strategies to navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
Responsibilities
Led the development and implementation of enterprise risk management strategies to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
Identified and mitigated potential risks that could impact organizational operations and objectives
Crafted and conveyed clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
Applied systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within risk management frameworks
Validated outcomes with clients and acted on feedback to enhance risk mitigation strategies
Directed teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
Developed and sustained high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams to drive operational excellence
Initiated open and honest coaching conversations to foster team growth and effectiveness
Made informed decisions to resolve issues hindering team performance and project success
Modelled and reinforced professional and technical standards, including adherence to regulatory guidelines and the firm's code of conduct
What You Must Have
At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
At least 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk Management/Insurance
Demonstrating advanced skills in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Utilizing Business Process Improvement to enhance operational efficiency
Excelling in Contractual Risk Mitigation and Negotiation Coaching
Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
Leading teams through complex and ambiguous situations
Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
Pay
The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
