R&I Independence Technology Team (ITT) Senior Manager

About the Role

As a Senior Manager in the R&I Independence Technology Team (ITT), you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within the Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization's operations and objectives. You will develop business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.

With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management initiatives to identify and mitigate potential risks impacting organizational operations and objectives.
• Develop business strategies to effectively manage risks in a rapidly changing environment.
• Apply analytical thinking to assess business risk and implement mitigation measures.
• Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders.
• Direct teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning.
• Validate outcomes with stakeholders and act on feedback to improve risk management processes.
• Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
• Initiate open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
• Utilize business process improvement techniques to enhance internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with business leaders to identify and address risk challenges effectively.

Requirements

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree.
• At least 6 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk Management/Insurance.
• Demonstrated advanced skills in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
• Experience utilizing Business Process Improvement techniques to drive results.
• Ability to apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.
• Excelling in contract negotiation and contractual risk mitigation.
• Proven leadership in guiding teams through complexity with composure and strategic questioning.
• Experience developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
