R&D Senior Technical Specialist

The work model

Your role and responsibilities:

• Play a key role in technology and product development initiatives that shape the next generation of electric motor products.
• Drive specialized prototype development projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and timeline targets are met.
• Leverage deep knowledge of manufacturing processes to bridge design intent with production feasibility, identifying opportunities to improve cost, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience with electric motors.
• PREFERRED: Advanced design methods (FEA), AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SAP.
