DuPont is seeking a motivated Senior Scientist to join our Analytical & Decision Sciences (ADS) organization with a primary focus on spectroscopy and analytical problem solving. ADS solves complex scientific, manufacturing, and customer challenges through measurement science, analytical insight, and collaboration. The successful candidate will partner with multidisciplinary teams to address technical challenges through the application of advanced analytical technologies and data-driven decision making. In addition to developing deep expertise in spectroscopy, this scientist will have opportunities to expand into complementary analytical disciplines and contribute to the digital transformation of laboratory workflows. By connecting analytical data, historical knowledge, and measurement science with modern digital platforms, this individual will help improve products, applications, manufacturing processes, and scientific productivity. Responsibilities

• Apply spectroscopic techniques to characterize materials, investigate structure-property relationships, support product development, and resolve technical challenges.
• Design and execute scientifically rigorous experiments; analyze and interpret complex data; and communicate findings, limitations, and recommendations to technical teams and business partners.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, manufacturing personnel, customer-facing teams, and business stakeholders to support R&D, commercialization, manufacturing, and customer success initiatives.
