Join Indovinya's R&D team and lead innovation projects focused on coatings and industrial applications. This role combines scientific expertise, project leadership, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration to drive new product development and business growth.

Requirements

• Industrial R&D and product development experience
• Project management and execution in innovation environments
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and customers
• Background in coatings, paints, specialty chemicals or related industries (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related technical fields; M.S. or Ph.D. considered a differential
• Fluent English

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to lead projects autonomously and influence technical decisions
• Technical knowledge in the field of Coatings and/or Industrial application chemicals, with awareness of current market trends and latest developments in polymers, surfactants, formulation and process additives
• Market application specific knowledge in areas such as paints & coatings, construction chemicals, textiles and non-woven treatment
