R&D Project Manager

About the role

The R&D Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various research and development projects within the company. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple research and development projects
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure adherence to project milestones and budgets
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans and documentation
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools and software

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in R&D
• Experience with regulatory compliance in R&D projects

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with R&D project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, etc.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
